Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you via email/ phone.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options for domestic and international deliveries:

Domestic Shipping (within Israel):

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.

International Shipping:

  • Expedited International Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days (available for select countries).
  • Economy International Shipping: Delivery within 5-12 business days (available for select countries).

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders within Israel.
  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be applied upon delivery. These charges are not included in the shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier’s website for updates.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at brndify.help@gmail.com.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our support team at brndify.help@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • For damaged items, please provide photos of the damage along with your order number.
